after tht go home change shirt and go to pasir ris sec
folo PRSS B division boys to sports school to vs their YOG team under-14
YOG=Youth Olympic
sad and embarrass to say tht my team lose to them by 8-0
they veri buah lembik siot...maen 15 mins dah sini cramp situ cramp
drg dah tk mcm kiter dulu ar...tk fit and no passion to fite all the way
kiter kene tekan dari cikgu ali mcm nk mampos siot
kene 45 mins run...circuit training and sets of sprinting
after tht go back to tamp meet Bukitz...azam blanja us dinner
HIDOP AZAM...hahak
after tht go Sun plaza park play swing and slack den off to home
