hmm today did a creamy & slightly spicy pasta
the pasta shud be al dente(perfectly cooked)
the sauce shud be abit thick and creamy in taste
i'm lazy to go in details
after tht took cab down to tamp wit fareez and tiara
fareez bsok bayar aku nyr $2...hahak
so here i am nw blogging
i tink i wanna buy a bike and ride it to interchnge and take 31 frm dere
tht will save cost and make me healthy
so im gonna cut down on my eating and my mcflurry;(
so tmr gonna get back to business of going to gym
i wanna aim for gold nxt year for Napfa so i can get PES A for NS & BMT kena 1 1/2 mths onli
its time get very fit and push the muscles to the maximum limit
