today was veri pack day
wake at 9...play xbox awhile den sleep till 3
go gym early as ltr go swimming...today big achievement today i can carry 120 pounds of steel...veri happy sia bcos i owaes carry 100 pounds...so today try to push to the limit ar
after tht go swimming wif amad azam adib at 1st and ltr faris come to join us
1st go to the 1.2m pool to do a few laps and go deep pool to warm our body as the water is quite warm dere
washed up and go mr teh tarik to eat dinner
dn go TM buy laughing gas...stndrd take tht stupid gas drug at bukit
amad was the funniest ar stndrd...bbl mrepek...tu tkper tau
otw back home a car almost ram my bro...the ahbeng driver go out frm the car...my bro stare at him and my bro scold "Fu*ck you"...the guy said "nabei jibai" and took out smth like metal rod are as if he wanna chase us but he go inside the car and dunno go where...we run for our life sia...hahak fun part of the day sia
